The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to award multiple contracts.

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplies under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 33399: All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this industry is $7.5 million in average annual revenue.

Bagged material in any quantity will not be accepted.Material will always be delivered to Fort Drum, NY and delivery point will be determined by call.CONTRACT DOCUMENTSCalls over the $10,000 limit may be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC) for all calls up to $10,000.

The unit of measure will always be Net Tons.Material will always be delivered to Fort Drum, NY and delivery point will be determined by call.Calls to draw material may be placed on the same day the material is requested.CONTRACT DOCUMENTSCalls over the $10,000 limit may be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
