Project Description: Project will complete structural repairs to existing mechanical manholes, trenches, and tunnels at various locations across the shipyard both inside and outside the CIA in accordance with Statement of Work. A new mechanical duct shaft will be routed from the basement mechanical room, through a janitorial space on the 1st floor, and terminate at new exterior louvers ont he south side of the building. The installation pathway for the new equipment is through existing precast concrete panels located on grade at the south side of the building on Fillmore Street. These panels will be removed, restored, and reinstalled in a weathertight manner.
