All-Electric Mechanical Testing Device Project Description :Notice of Intent (NOI) 2023010068 has been issued to inform the market that The University of British Columbia ("UBC") School of Kinesiology intends to enter in a purchase agreement with Instron Corporation for the purchase of a ElectroPuls® E20000 All-Electric Dynamic Test Instrument.

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Mechanical testing of thermoplastic composites. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Wichita State University 1845 Fairmont St Wichita, Kansas 67260 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Wichita State University is the sole provider of Mechanical testing of thermoplastic compositesNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. 

(v)   The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):   CLIN 0001: Quantity one (1) materials mechanical testing instrument that meets the Government's minimum characteristics.            

TESTING LABORATORY on both the e-mail and all enclosed documents.

It has been determined that Cincinnati Testing Laboratories, Inc. is the sole provider of Mechanical testing of PAN-Pitch/epoxy composites.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. 

Synopsis:  NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Soil Mechanical Testing.  NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Applied Research Associates, Inc.4300 San Mateo Blvd NE Ste A-220Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110-1295under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Applied Research Associates, Inc. is the sole provider of Soil Mechanical Testing.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
