Clarifying Questions must come through this portal.Community Transit is establishing a continuous Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Recruitment Marketing and Media Buying services. Vendors are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the information provided in this RFP. See the full Scope of Work in Section 3. Vendors that demonstrate the ability to provide the services listed will be placed on the list for a period of one year.
These services may include, but are not limited to; graphic design, media buying, video services (including drone, if possible), broadcast/print production and public relations services.
Quote shall be presented for base period 1 and for each additional 12-month option year.Quote Submission Instructions: Quotes shall include:Point of Contact name with contact phone/email,CAGE/UEI,Socioeconomic status with certificate,proposed Social Media Advertising Plan with price including setup, ODT, and proposed # of impressions for the budget,proposed Social Media Boosts plan with price including all setup, ODT, etc for the budget, and proposed
