The attachment titled, "Amendment 0001_Attachment A - Social Media Collection Analysis Support" identifies the changes made to the original Combined Synopsis Solicitation Attachment A.
This solicitation is for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Social Media Collection & Analysis Tool (140 ea) for the collection and harvesting of data and meta data of a selected individual accounts of which the tool shall collect, capture pages, organize (in a searchable format), exhibit findings that are easy to review, and analyze the production of information found on both public and private social media sites.
This is accomplished in part by the acquisition and management of spill-related time critical or `ephemeral¿ data, such as the collection and chemical analysis of environmental media (i.e., spilled product, water, sediment, and tissue), biological and other spill-related surveys, and detailed supporting photographic and written documentation.
