The Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Madison Avenue Median Project includes removal and reconstruction of the existing medians in order to extend the length of the left turn pockets, as well as installation of one new pin down median. Median curbs shall be pin down style. Other work includes the installation of asphalt and aggregate base, pavers and striping as shown on the plans, these special provisions or as directed by the City Engineer.

Scope Scope of Work: This Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 7,900 LF of Yorktown Boulevard from Rodd Field Road to Oso Creek Bridge with new HMAC (Base Bid 1) or Concrete (Base Bid 2) pavement and new curb, median, and concrete sidewalk/ shared use path. Also included are improvements and upgrades to the Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, Gas, Lighting Infrastructure, and Traffic Signals.
