This Sources Sought Notice is for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center issued in accordance with FAR 5.101 for: BioDex Balance System and its required accessories.  The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who are able to provide the identified products needed by Northern Navajo Medical Center to help meet agency’s identified requirements.

The Pittsburgh VA Medical Center requires the delivery of the delivery of 1 (One) Biodex Balance System for the Physical Therapy gym for Monroeville CBOC. This will allow patients to be moved from HJ Heinz to Monroeville CBOC for physical therapy without any loss of patient testing results. Description of work: Vendor shall provide a Brand Name (BIODEX) balance system.
