Contractor shall provide employment medical clearance services for current and prospective State employees to determine the suitability for hire and/or ability to safely and efficiently perform the essential functions of various civil service classifications.

The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified companies to respond to a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) to provide employee medical clearance and respirator fit testing. All services are to be provided on-site in mobile facilities provided by the successful Respondent. This includes medical screening work, PFTs, physical evaluation by the doctor, and fit testing.
