Due to the complexity of projects in the JPEO-CBRND medical portfolio, USG anticipates that Contractor personnel tasked to assist the JPEO will require deep reach back to subject matter experts representing career fields in medicine, science and technology, drug development and manufacturing, clinical study execution and international regulatory laws, business management, and supply chain logistics.
Contractor shall provide clinical oversight of DSH ¿ Metropolitan¿s Clinical Laboratory by fulfilling the role of Laboratory Director, in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Requirements, Subpart M of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §493.1441 for Laboratories performing high complexity testing, to assist its medical staff in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available
The goal for the trainings is to improve the skill and comfort level of home nurses and/or family caregivers of individuals with medical complexity. The funds for these trainings is part of the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) funding to be used for efforts to enhance, expand, or strengthen Medicaid home and Community Based Waiver services.
Undocumented persons that have no opportunity for funding sources and yet due to medical complexities are not able to manage their basic daily living skills out in the community. These persons require placement in a lesser level of care and in order to free up a medical bed in our acute level of care is a tremendous cost saving process to transfer such patients into this contract relationship at a far less cost saving to the University.
These Veterans cannot be relocated due to continuity of care and medical complexity. This CNH is located near the families of the Veterans. Relocation of the Veteran would cause undue stress to the Veterans and family.
