Medical Courier Services for the VA Fargo Medical Center, Health Care System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested.
This award notice is for a five- year, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the contractor to provide courier services for each of the VISN-4, VA Medical Centers in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information to identify possible businesses that are capable of providing medical laboratory testing, analysis, courier, and related services at the time of this posting. Adequate information shall be provided for the Government to determine Contractor s ability to provide the required services and meet test menu requirements at the time of Contractor s response to this notice.
