The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) seeks to qualify a pool of providers to offer reutilization /recycling of used durable medical equipment, on behalf of MassMATCH, the Massachusetts Assistive Technology Act Program. For the purpose of this procurement Durable Medical Equipment (DME) refers to items such as wheelchairs, scooters, sling lifts and standers as well as other items.
The scope of the solicitation also includes consumables and accessories for commercial medical equipment. Also included within the scope of the solicitation are medical simulation equipment used for training purposes.
