Objective: The National Radiation Oncology Program (NROP) requires subject matter expertise to support the Radiotherapy Incident Reporting and Analysis System that captures incident data. The incidents reported in the RIRAS database must be analyzed by a qualified medical physicist (QMP) with domain expertise in patient safety and FboNotice cause analysis.
