UCLA Health proposes to select an architect to plan a renovation of approximately 5,000 SF in the Peter Morton Medical Building (200 Medical Plaza).

UCLA Health proposes to select an architect to plan a renovation of approximately 22,000 SF split between the first and second floor of the Peter Morton Medical Building (200 Medical Plaza) to accommodate the new Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic. 

The proposed Master plan and space program will study the reconfiguration of space to improve workflow for cleaning procedures and accommodate upgraded instrument washing and sterilization equipment in the existing Sterile Processing Department (SPD) space and adjacent admin offices of approximately 5,700 SF in the Peter Morton Medical Building (200 Medical Plaza).
