ICAHN School of Medicine at Mount Sinai also serves in the capacity of providing continuing medical education (CME) to our permanent medial staff. The unique on-site academic training helps the medical staff maintain their competency and learn about new and developing areas of their field while working in the remote and urban areas on the reservation.
Greenville County Detention Center holds a current Board of Pharmacy Non-dispensing Pharmacy Outlet Permit from the SC LLR.BackgroundIn the past, we have requested staffing as a part of this contract, and we no longer require that as the Detention Center employs medical staff members to administer the medications.
The (5) day course will be utilizing (8) Human Cadavers with trained medical staff and instructors to provide the training in realistic exposure to the sights, smells, and emotional resiliency to handling human remains in a controlled field training environment and to familiarize US Army Field Medical and US Marine Corps Personnel Retrieval and Processing (PRP) personnel to FM theater operations.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide consecutive and simultaneous ASL and/or LSQ interpretation services for meetings between Correctional Services Canada (CSC), Parole Board of Canada (PBC) members, medical staff and their clients (federal offenders).
The contractor shall provide verifiable evidence of all educational and training experiences including any gaps in educational history for all contractor s physician(s) and contractor s physician(s) shall be responsible for abiding by the Facility's Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations (referenced herein) that govern medical staff behavior. The anticipated period of performance will be from August 05, 2024, through August 04, 2029.
As such, ILEAD has a requirement to provide leadership courses to VHA staff in VISNs and Medical Centers (MCs) to avoid having them purchase each course and its necessary materials separately. To ensure this requirement is met, ILEAD has determined a central platform for leadership and personal development-based training courses is needed.
