Work will consist of pickup, removal and disposal of human and medical waste including blood borne pathogens, and cleaning and decontamination of areas where such waste was present. Areas to be cleaned and decontaminated include prison cells, police vehicles, holding areas, and any other locations where human or medical waste may be present. Contractor must have staff available to service the Town twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
