This requirement is for Mel Price Flood Control Project – Reach 1. Work includes but is not limited to the installation of fifty five (55) partially penetrating 10-inch diameter stainless steel relief wells which will be placed in manholes and/or headwalls and modifying four (4) existing D-type relief wells to discharge at a lower elevation.
