In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) for a membership that is responsible for developing industry standards for all four sectors of gas and electricity, both wholesale and retail. The DLA Energy membership pertains to the gas wholesale sector with particular interest on the development of industry standards for natural gas pipelines.
This is an annual membership with 1 base year and 2 one-year options.
