Mentorship Platform Project Description :The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award up to a 3-year service contract with an optional 2 x 1-year extension to Peoplegrove. PeopleGrove is the current Mentorship Platform that is being used by the Alumni Programs. This cloud-based mentorship platform offers mentorship matching, flexibility in managing multiple programs and functionality to support interaction between mentors and mentees.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide a digital mentorship platform that can match potential mentors and mentees and help develop and guide the mentor/mentee relationship. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (provided the contractor uses contractservice providers) performing the services herein.

The Office of the Judge Advocate General requires commercial software and associated support services to enable the use of a mentoring program. The commercial software must be accessible by Android-and iOS-based applications and standard web browsers, have an advanced matching algorithm, require limited administrator oversight/direct intervention, and have or be working toward the ability for use on government systems. Additionally, the software licensing package should include readily accessible technical support, program training materials, and mentoring curriculum resources. Finally, the vendor should have experience and the ability to scale to support an expansion of the program beyond the pilot to support the entire enterprise.
