Commissioning services will ensure quality control of design, construction and operations of MEP systems and building envelope with an emphasis on sustainable design and life cycle costs.
The new building shall include offices, simulation rooms, conference rooms, fitness room, locker rooms, bunk rooms, warehouse, garage and related staff and support areas. The renovation shall include new kitchen facilities, renovation to building MEP systems and a new lobby connection with the new EMS building.
The project will include sitework, structure, building envelope consisting of masonry, glazing, and metal panels, fully finished interiors, complete MEP, full building sprinkler system, and required trades to complete new construction of the education building.
Phase 1 construction (58,500 gsf) will contain and provide most of the building MEP systems including the main mechanical and electrical rooms. Phase 2 construction (86,500 gsf) will be served from existing Phase 1 MEP systems. The building will be connected to the campus chilled water and steam supply systems.
