The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals for merchant card payment services from qualified companies with demonstrated experience providing payment card processing to public agencies of similar size, scope and complexity as Milwaukie. Proposers must offer a full array of merchant services and products so the City can grow and change with the banking industry and continue to address the needs of its community.

The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals for merchant card payment services from qualified banking institutions or companies with demonstrated experience providing payment card processing to public agencies of similar size, scope and complexity as Milwaukie. Proposers must be compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this document.
