INTRODUCTIONThe Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified Licensed General or Building Contractors to construct a metal building and provide Engineered stamp drawings. The building is located on Gulf Coast State College property located at 642 Highway 2300, Southport, FL 32409 and will be used to house Bay County Sheriff’s Office helicopters.
