Metal Catwalk Materials Project Description :MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. 23-RFQ-61595 Metal Catwalk Materials Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Bidder to supply and deliver metal catwalk materials as described in the RFQ in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to construct four (4) metal feed bins, including concrete foundations with slab, metal stairway, catwalk and other miscellaneous work. The location of services shall be performed at Mt. Shasta Hatchery, #3 North Old Stage Road, Mt. Shasta, Siskiyou County, California, 96067.

This project consists removing and replacing the insulated metal panel and glazing systems at the catwalk level and above as well as remove and replace weathered sealant materials in the Air Control Tower Envelope. Also remove intumescent fireproofing from face of exposed steel and replace with new 2 hour intumescent fire protection on exposed steel.

Connected to the administrative building will be a two-bay inspection bay constructed of CMU walls and metal panels, structural steel frame and roof system, and catwalk system. Other features include fire protection system and alarm system, connection to an existing communication backbone and utility infrastructure and UMCS systems.

The T1 Bridge spans approx. 2000ft and repair work will include replacement of the existing open-deck bridge deck with new bridge ties, rail, and other track materials, as well as replacement of the existing timber catwalk with a metal catwalk.The Rail Curve repair scope includes the demolition of existing rail curves and constructing replacement curves including repaired/replaced subgrade and ballast, and new ties and rails.

The estimated construction cost is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.The project consists of constructing an Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) with reinforced concrete pile foundation and slab floor, masonry walls and standing seam metal roof.
