Opportunity Summary The Oregon Health Authority, Oregon State Hospital-Junction City (OSH-JC), intends to procure goods and services from a qualified contractor to fabricate and install sheet metal to infill gaps located in three (3) outside areas (the "Project") of the OSH-JC Campus located at 29398 Recovery Way, Junction City, OR 97448.
Bidders are invited to submit a quote to provide all labor, supervision, and materials to install metal studs and GWB to infill short wall sections between adjoining wings to provide smoke/fire insolation for the Alaska Veterans and Pioneer Home. The building structure will be a combination of a steel frame on concrete foundations, with metal stud infill. Exterior materials will be brick veneer, fiber cement siding, zinc panels, aluminum storefront, and fiberglass windows, consistent with the student housing project and proposed Highsmith addition. The sloped roof section of the building will be finished in a standing seam metal roof.
