 This is a partial DRAFT RFP package for the anticipated AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) effort.  This effort is to provide the necessary support to sustain the currently fielded TMQ-53 systems in their approved configurations worldwide, in accordance with (IAW) the requirements, as stated in this PWS.

This is an Individual Justification and Approval (J&A) to award a non-competitive action to retain the current services provided under the existing TMOS CLS IDIQ Contract as a bridge contract (AFFARS 5302.101 ).
