The inspection includes a site examination, testing CT ratios, and meter accuracy testing. Contractor should be familiar with inspecting CT metering locations and all the safety aspects involved with providing these services. There are approximately 2,000 large power meters (50 kW or greater) that will need to be tested annually and 4,400 that have CT meter equipment that consumes less than 50kw that need to be tested in a three-year schedule.
