Each dental clinic that is included in the contract is allowed non-routine samples numbering up to 10% of the total samples taken from each clinic annually. If sampling over this amount is needed, the contractor will provide a fixed price for the sampling equipment and analysis and for the collection of samples at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center or at the Northwest Metro VA Clinic in Ramsey, MN.
