BackgroundDepartment of Human Services employed the services of Kitchell Corp. to apply for federal American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) grant funding for this project. The estimated construction cost is approximately 23 million dollars. The scope of the project will include utility design, site planning, and complete architectural and engineering services for the facility.
The City has been approved to receive Stormwater Planning grant funds through the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) and State Reserve Program (SRP) funds approved by the State Water Infrastructure Authority (SWIA) and the Division of Water Infrastructure. One requirement of the funding program is to request qualifications for engineering services for which the ARPA funds will be used.
The City of Leander intends to use federal American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) funds as well as supplement with its own funds. Structurally, the Proposer’s response shall be centered on Part III, sections 2-8. These seven sections represent the technical detail of the proposer’s solution, providing the detailed information that will be scored by the City.
The selected solution will address these elements while providing the best value for COL. COL intends to use federal American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) funds as well as supplement with its own funds. The selected AMI solution provider should have experience and expertise understanding applicable federal requirements.
