Technician should have the following certifications: Oracle Database Administrator Certified Associate. Microsoft Support Technician – strong knowledge of Microsoft servers and networking, including Domain Controllers, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Updating Services, Server Failover Clustering; Distributed File Systems; Exchange 2016 and newer; Office365. Technician should have the following certifications: MCSE.
Firms will be selected based on their demonstrated capabilities of providing a wide range of IT candidates to include database administrators (DBAs), network engineers, IT project managers, business analysts, hardware and IT auditors, and a wide variety of others, with the experience and depth of resources in the services listed in Section 3, Scope of Services.
Access to a Microsoft SQL Server for the storage of RightFax system metadata. A Domain account ( Service Account ) with local admin privileges on the RightFax servers and sufficient rights to the SQL database. The Service Account will be used for the RightFax services and the RightFax database.

Coordinate all patching and modifications with County database administrators. · Building, configuring, and hardening new databases: Assist the County database administrators in deploying new database servers, creating new databases, and capacity planning. · Database schema development: Assist County database administrators in modifying existing or creating new database schema including, but not limited to, table and view design, indexing design,
Notify County database administrators when out-of-bound security patching is released by a vendor. Coordinate all patching and modifications with County database administrators.
