Although the IRS Rules Based Program Office has existing resources able to complete the migration, they require Oracle IA consulting services to provide expert advice and assistance with the migration.For purposes of response to this request, the IRS intends to procure and provision the cloud services between October 2021 and January 2022, and complete the migration and go-live no later than December 2022.

In discussions with Oracle and during this migration, these will be converted to: 3 OCPUs of Oracle Analytics Cloud Service - 2 of which will be used for the Production environment, 1 of which will be used for the Non-Production/UAT environment as follows: 1. One OBIEE 12c Environment- Currently the OEB has 2 OBIEE 12c servers, which contain different Subject Areas and security roles/members. All other configurations are similar.
