This procurement is intended for construction services to repair and modernize Mike and November Wharves and appurtenances at Naval Base Guam Apra Harbor. The RFP is for work which includes demolition and comprehensive civil, structural, mechanical, electrical utilities, cathodic protection, fire protection, mooring & berthing, and telecommunications systems repair.

Billing for the work proposed shall be four equal payments falling between April 15 – November 15. A tutorial of the different locations can be done upon request. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best fulfills the needs of the City of Mequon.
This will be a two-year contract for the period December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2025.
Construction Activities at the project site must be completed no later than November 15, 2019, as specified in SCR 108.01.Bid documents should be issued on or about January 16, 2019.
