The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the 1 Inch Mill and Overlay Paving project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to performing citywide 1” inch mill and overlay paving program.
We would also would like to mill and overlay 200 feet on 3500 E that extends beyond the curve at the address of 3558 N 3550 E. At the intersection of 4100 N and 3500 E we would like 200 feet milled and overlaid both directions along 4100 N. 5,280' x 25' = 132,000 square feet and approximately 1,980 tons.
