Description of Requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall work directly with RM MIRECC COR to design and produce suicide risk screening hang tags for distribution to VA providers who are required to complete Suicide Risk ID screenings. There is an existing design for these screening tags. A new design will not be needed unless the contractor is unable to use the existing design.
