A sole source contract for Mission Planning Support Tool (MPST) Software Maintenance Services was issued to Applied Research Associates, Inc. in the amount of $975,000.00. The Justification and Approval for the sole source award is attached to this notice.

2/8/2024: The purpose of this announcement is to provide the Justifcation & Approval (J&A) for the MPSC Bridge contract. This contract was accomplished as a noncompetitive sole source action IAW FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. A response to this notice is not necessary and is not requested.
