The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC RSA), Fort Eustis Branch (CCAM-RDT), Building 401, Lee Boulevard, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577 is issuing this Special Notice as a Call for proposals for the Mission Systems Development and Integration (MSDI) line of effort in the Advanced Teaming Demonstration Program (A-Team).
Government requires use of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company JSF Mission Systems Integration Lab (MSIL) to support F-35 Air Vehicle cyber testing. In addition, support is required during Government testing on navigations systems and weapons interfaces. Results will be used to inform potential future ground tests and flight testing.
Government requires access to the JSF Mission Systems Integration Lab (MSIL) to support F-35 Air Vehicle cyber testing on the F-35 communications suite, to include Link 16 and Integrated Fire Control (IFC) Lab time, to include supporting manning, is required to so that the government can send appropriate individuals to the facility for approximately 2 weeks.
The solicitation also includes an additional aircraft hardware option (Option 2), and an additional aircraft mission systems software integration option (Option 3). The purpose of the Phase 2 and Phase 3 efforts are to support autonomous WVR maneuvering and trust research in the ACE program, while the additional aircraft options are designed to support ACE as well as a wider range of autonomy development needs.
