The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies,facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessaryto provide grounds maintenance at the Corps of Engineers’ Missouri River Project (MRP) as defined in thisPerformance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property andservices. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Land access is not available for the work, and the sites are only accessible from the Missouri River. The project locations extends from River Mile 522 to 498 on the Missouri River in Nebraska and Missouri.The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.
