Cooke County desires to contract with a qualified consultant to assist the staff in the development of a Cooke County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Action Plan Update [“Plan Update”] of their original Plan approved by FEMA in 2011. The Plan Update will set the stage for long-term in disaster resistance through the identification of mitigation actions. The purpose of the Plan Update is to reduce potential losses from future disasters.
