A total of nine (9) Full-Time Equivalents (FTE’s) - Warehouse/Logistics and Cyber Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) will be consolidated from the ESS task order to the PSS task order. This will result in an increase of the estimated PSS ceiling by $8,317,249 over a five (5) year period. NSWC-CR has determined that measurably substantial benefits are expected to be derived as a result of the consolidation as defined at FAR 7.107.
