PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is seeking a potential contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, design, and all other resources for the remolding and renovation of our Medical Office Building (MOB) Halls and Walls currently located at the Garland Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic on the first through third floors of the facility.
