The Owner is seeking the services of a Consultant for the development of a native mobile application. The Owner is seeking a Consultant to assist the Owner in developing and launching a native mobile app. It should reflect the Owner’s brand identity, community culture and provide a great user experience for residents, businesses, and interested parties and partners on the municipal services and programs the Owner offers.

The purpose of this procurement is to improve the agency’s website, focusing on three key areas: (1) Mobile responsiveness that allows the website to be easily usable and scalable for mobile phone, desktop, and other device; (2) User-centered design that is intuitive, streamlined, and simple to navigate; and (3) Accessible design and development that is compliant with ADA and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Each project shall be negotiated at the time of the development of the scope of work. Each task assignment shall describe the services required, state the commencement and completion date of work and establish the amount and method of payment. The task assignment will be issued under and incorporate the terms of the basic contract.
