These spacecraft must be compatible with the Mobile CubeSat Command and Control (MC3) satellite network comprised of multi-Agency hardware and software. The MC3 ground station network is Department of Defense (DoD)-sponsored common-use infrastructure to support communications for government-owned small satellites.
