To:      Potential Offerors  Subject:    Solicitation No.  19GE5019R0005                  Mobile Phone Services, US Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso  Ladies and gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Mobile Phone Services for the American Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso as per the attached solicitation documents. 

Single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide month-to-month mobile service packages and add-ons to RAFL and RAFL.Estimated 200-400 mobile phone service packages to be provided on a month-to-month rolling basis. Attached ordering form, appendix 1, and NDAA, appendix 2, to be filled out and returned to 48th Contracting Squadron with prices filled in for the next 5 option years, as is specfied on the ordering form. 

Embassy Dakar, SENEGAL has a requirement for a firm to provide Mobile Phone services and other services as required in the Scope of Work.Anticipated performance is for 01 base period and 02 one-year periods at the option of the Government.At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting its proposal:• All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the service
