"The United States Government requires commercial mobile satellite communications capability for temporary use at multiple locations during an upcoming summer exercise. Required services must include lease of two small "footprint" hardware (satellite terminals), dedicated commercial satellite service at a bandwidth rate of 8 Mbps downlink and 2 Mbps uplink.
