Furnish all personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, travel, and all other services as required in connection with generator, governor, and excitation system model validation testing (this includes, but is not limited to, test equipment, laptops, and software). As various models undergo validation processes, the Consultants will be engaged to provide advice to internal FCC resources with respect to industry best practices and to provide expertise with regards to model methodologies, parameterizations, back-testing and overall model management FCC has an internal model validation team and established model risk governance processes.
The model validation reports shall be in accordance with requirements of the current version of NERC standard, MOD-025, MOD-032, MOD-026, and MOD-027 as well as associated SERC Reliability Corporation requirements.
