PCAQCD also reviews ambient air impact analysis reports to ensure that ambient impacts of the project will conform to applicable air quality standards. PCAQCD is seeking the assistance of a consultant to assist in these efforts. PCAQCD shall be responsible for final review of modeling protocols and results. PCAQCD shall also be responsible for issuance of correspondence to regulated sources.

PCAQCD also reviews ambient air impact analysis reports to ensure that ambient impacts of the project will conform to applicable air quality standards. PCAQCD is seeking the assistance of a consultant to assist in these efforts.
No work shall be accomplished beyond what is specified in this PWS unless specifically directed by the Contracting Officer.Following approval of the modeling protocol by ADEQ, the model parameters and results of the analysis shall be detailed in an air quality impact analysis report prepared in accordance with RCRA permit requirements.
