The SFA may add any additional requirements to the RFP by completing the RFP Modification Request contained herein. The RFP must be completed along with the RFP Modification Request form and submitted to the State Agency for approval prior to the start of the solicitation process. The SFA may not add additional requirements to the Renewal Year documents unless the requirements are addressed in the RFP.
The purpose of the Home Accessibility Modifications RFP is to fund Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) supportive housing repair projects to improve the accessibility of homes for low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents who may be disabled or are elderly and aging in place.

If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. However, to ensure all Offerors offer the same scope, red lines or caveats included in your submission may make your offer non-responsive and not able to be considered.
