Contractor shall be responsible for providing Winston-Salem Building Inspections department all required drawings and appendix B. WSFCS will provide contractor site plans. Winston-Salem Building inspections requires mechanical permits for modular classroom buildings. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to provide a turnkey installation. (See installation section of Specifications.)
