Contractor shall provide Demolition and Clearance services, Asbestos Containing Material and Lead Based Paint Abatement, and Mold and Hazardous Material Remediation and Removal services in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as described herein.
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with hospital wide asbestos/mold abatement and removal, mold remediation, and bio-hazardous waste removal services as needed.
