The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals for performing on-call as needed, environmental monitoring services. Work will consist of environmental testing, monitoring, remediation and oversight in connection with City demolition and construction projects. This RFP is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B § 6.
