Albans is soliciting proposals from qualified professional geological and/or engineering firms (consultants) for the permitting of a new drinking water source at the St. Albans Bay Park. Scope of services shall include, but is not limited to source pumping test, interference monitoring of nearby wells, water quality testing, and a source evaluation report.

This Limited Source Justification will incorporate the FHWA Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) 9.0 application into the performance of FHWA Order No. 693JJ321F000103 under the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) CLIN 02000 – 32000 and the Development, Modernization and Enhancement (DME) CLIN 00300 – 20300.  The authority to award the modification to increase the ceiling value of the subject order is  FAR 8.405-6(c). 

Contractor shall provide on an as-needed basis miscellaneous supplies and/or services including but not limited to the following: OSHA compliant monitoring devices. Sealed sources for QA procedures. Dose calibrator calibration. Annual calibration of survey meters. RSO safety audits for Federal compliance. Damages In-transit: Under FOB Destination procedures, any in-transit damage is the responsibility of the provider.
