Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, requires an online battery monitoring system for the Libby Dam Station service batteries. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Libby Dam Project Office in Libby, MT 59923-9703. This requirement includes complete Installation, Start-Up & Commissioning of the Battery Monitoring/Management System.
